zencontrol makes an appearance on-air
zencontrol’s Allan Organ and our distributor to the ACT, Dale Martin, were invited to be a guests at Home Tech Talk. Home Tech Talk is a weekly podcast talking all things in Home Technology from Smart Homes, automation, to AV and networking. This is a podcast for tech-heads and the hosts Jake Fuller & Aidan Pyper collectively have over 20 years of experience in the tech industry.
 
Allan Organ represents the Australian lighting control industry at the International Electrotechnical Commission TC-34 Working Group 11. He is dedicated to improving DALI and making sure our lighting standards are the best they can be. Dale Martin details how he’s set up a lot of the technology from zencontrol in his home, and how smart technology is not just for big commercial buildings.
 
Together with Jake and Aidan they touched on topics such as DALI vs DALI-2, MQTT, open standards and interoperability as well as zencontrol, integration and Thread.
