zencontrol was integrated with their choice of BMS, Delta BSN, and AV integration via Third-party interface. This combination ensures the building is intelligent and sustainability-driven. zencontrol sensors and switches further work to improve efficiencies for sustainable practices.

Leading sensor technology
Our DALI-2 8m PIR sensors, suitable for high ceilings up to 10 m, were fitted throughout the build. These sensors were a world first, certified for DALI-2, IEC62386-303 and IEC62386-304. DALI-2 brings additional functionality and allows for the standardization of electronic control devices, whilst maintaining backwards compatibility.
Paired with zencontrol illuminated push-buttons programmed to provide visual feedback QC is an office space with a human centred outlook.
Meeting targets
Made for organisations looking to demonstrate their commitment to its people, CQ is set to fulfil a trio of sustainability ratings.
- Seeking to be Canberra’s first WELL certified building.
- Meeting a 5-star NABERS Energy Base Building target rating.
- Achieving a 4 Star Green Star – Design & As Built rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
